BELINDA’S STORE “ULTIMATE YAMBA WEEKEND GIVEAWAY” — TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Promoter
The promoter is Belinda’s Store Yamba Pty Ltd, ABN 85 146 406 448, of 1 Little High St, Yamba NSW 2464, Australia (“Belinda’s Store”, “the Promoter”, “we”, “our” or “us”).
2. Promotion Period
The promotion opens on Monday 10 August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 23 August 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees, directors and management of Belinda’s Store and participating prize suppliers, together with their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
4. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, eligible entrants must:
Follow @belindasstore and all participating businesses identified in the official giveaway post on Instagram;
Like the official Ultimate Yamba Weekend Giveaway post; and
Comment on the official giveaway post and tag one friend.
Only genuine entries complying with these Terms & Conditions will be accepted. Entries generated using automated systems, fake accounts or other methods that interfere with the fair conduct of the promotion may be disqualified.
5. Prize
One eligible entrant will win the Ultimate Yamba Weekend Giveaway prize package, comprising:

- $500 Ocean Stays property voucher

- $100 El Ocaso gift voucher
- $100 Yamba Wholefoods gift voucher

- Kitchen to Table cooking class, valued at $190
- 1 x bottle of gin and a tasting experience at Yamba Distilling Co.
- $50 MUSE Cafe gift voucher
The total prize package is valued at over $2,500 AUD.
The individual prizes advertised on the giveaway landing page are currently described in substantially these terms.
6. Prize Conditions
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash except where required by law.
Gift vouchers, accommodation, dining, experiences and other prizes are subject to the individual prize supplier’s terms and conditions, availability, booking requirements, validity periods and any applicable blackout dates.
The Ocean Stays prize is a $500 accommodation voucher and does not guarantee that the full cost of a particular stay will be covered. Any amount exceeding the voucher value is the responsibility of the winner.
Travel to and from Yamba, transport while in Yamba, meals, accommodation or other expenses not expressly included in the prize package are the responsibility of the winner.
The winner must be 18 years or older to receive or participate in any prize involving alcohol.
If a prize or element of a prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the reasonable control of the Promoter or prize supplier, the Promoter may substitute an equivalent prize of equal or greater value where permitted by law.
7. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random from all valid eligible entries.
The draw will take place on Monday 24 August 2026 at Belinda’s Store, Yamba NSW.
The winner will be contacted by @belindasstore via Instagram Direct Message and may also be announced on Belinda’s Store Instagram Stories and/or on the original giveaway post.
The Promoter will never request payment, bank details or credit-card information in order for a winner to claim the prize.
8. Claiming the Prize
The winner must respond to the Promoter within five business days of being notified and provide any information reasonably required to verify their eligibility and arrange delivery or redemption of the prizes.
Every reasonable effort will be made to contact the winner.
If the winner cannot be contacted, does not claim the prize within the required period or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter may conduct a redraw from the remaining valid entries.
9. Prize Fulfilment
Individual vouchers and experiences may be provided directly by the participating businesses.
Physical prizes will be made available for collection or delivery as agreed between the winner and Belinda’s Store. Any delivery arrangements outside those expressly offered by the Promoter may be at the winner’s expense.
The Promoter is not responsible for changes to operating hours, availability or booking conditions imposed by participating businesses after the prize has been awarded.
10. Verification and Disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry and the eligibility of any entrant.
The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, provides false information, uses multiple fraudulent accounts or otherwise enters in a manner inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions or Instagram’s applicable rules.
11. Privacy
Any personal information collected in connection with the promotion will be used for the administration and fulfilment of the giveaway and otherwise handled in accordance with Belinda’s Store’s Privacy Policy.
Information may be provided to participating prize suppliers where reasonably necessary to arrange or fulfil the winner’s prize.
12. Instagram Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.
By entering, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Belinda’s Store and not to Instagram. To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Instagram from any responsibility in connection with the promotion.
13. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian consumer law.
Subject to those rights, the Promoter is not responsible for loss, damage or injury arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including technical failures, Instagram outages, lost or misdirected entries, changes made by prize suppliers or the winner’s use of a prize.
14. General
If the promotion cannot be conducted as reasonably anticipated due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion.
Any changes to the promotion will be communicated to entrants where reasonably practicable.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
